Pet Nail Grinder Giveaway Contest Rules
Eligibility: This contest is open to legal residents of US who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
How to Enter:
Comment on the post in our Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/1228903660975973
Comment on the giveaway post with why you want to win the pet nail grinder.
Contest Period: The contest begins on 5/24/24 and ends on 5/25/24 at 6:30 EDT. Entries submitted after the contest period will not be considered.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The drawing will be conducted on 5/25/24 during our 7:30 pm livestream on our YouTube channel.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via a direct message on Facebook within 2 hours following the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries or the grinder will be given to a charity.
Prize: One (1) Pet Nail Grinder. If the winner does not wish to receive the item, it will be given to a service dog program. No cash or other substitution will be made except. We reserve the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value in the unlikely event that the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
Decision of Service Dog Pipsie, our impartial judge is final. In the event that the judge chooses two entrees. Another drawing will be held between the two entrees. In the event that Service Dog Pipsie is unable or unwilling to select a winner, one will be selected by Gayle Crabtree or helper.
The drawing will be done live. If the winner is not available during the livestream, Gayle Crabtree will make every attempt to contact the winner by Facebook within an hour after the close of the livestream.
Participation in the contest indicates your agreement to these rules.

I will ship within 3 days of receiving the winner’s address. This doesn’t include weekends or holidays. It will be shipped with a tracking number so you can follow the nail grinder’s progress through the shipping process. Just know that I’m not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail. If something goes wrong with getting it to you, it’s on the USPS.
The winner is required to post a photo in the Facebook group within 3 days of receipt showing that they did receive the grinder. The winner may share their photo. We may too.
Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. Void where prohibited.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the contest constitutes the winner’s consent to use of the winner’s name and photograph on social media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions:
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Gayle Crabtree in her sole discretion.
We reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Gayle Crabtree, the Bodacious Broads Travel Blog, YouTube, Facebook, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, human error, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, participant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Mountain City, Tennessee; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to our privacy policy. We do not share your information in any way. We do not keep your address or other personal information on file without your permission.
Void Where Prohibited: This contest is void where prohibited by law.
